东莞计量校准螺纹环规（screw ring gage） 又名螺纹卡规 ，是用来检验外螺纹折算中径和实际中径的专用综合量规。
一、操作步骤
1. 清洁：必须先将螺纹通.止端工作量规和工件清洁干净. 
2. 目视检查外观： 

a.螺纹规：不能有碰伤凸起，缺肉 
b.工件：目视牙形应光滑；牙形应完整；无双眼皮；没有崩牙；牙尖大小应一致；看是否太平或太尖.；内螺纹牙尖不能太平；（螺纹小径太大）；.外螺纹牙尖不能太尖.（螺纹中径太小）；是否有铸造缩孔（缩孔大小不能超过一牙）；第一牙起始部位没有毛刺 

校对方法：
一、外观 

1.所有的螺纹环规，螺纹之间要干净，不允许有油污、杂质附在螺纹上。 
2.所有的螺纹环规，螺纹要保证完好，不允许有伤痕、缺损出现。 
二、螺纹规格 

1.拿与螺纹环规相对应的塞规，塞规的通规端须顺畅旋入通规(环规)，但不能
旋入止规(规环)。2.拿与螺纹环规相对应的塞规，塞规的止规端不能旋入通规(环规)，也不能旋
入止规(环规)。 

3.校对完毕，将校设备归位存放，以免损坏。 
4.校对注意事项： 

5.用塞规进行螺纹角度和牙距校验时，不能大力操作，以免造成牙纹损伤.
